Michelle Gendrue has served as the Children’s Education Coordinator since July of 2014. She is pleased she is working at Lockport Alliance Church where she can use her gift of administration and can continue to work with children. Michelle lives in Gasport, with her husband, Michael. Michelle and Michael have four children, two of which are married, and one granddaughter. Having attended Lockport Alliance Church since March, 1997, she has served in most all children’s ministries. Michelle earned her Associates Degree from Niagara County Community College in 1986, and then worked in the business field for 12 years. After leaving the work force for several years to be at home with her children, Michelle opened a home-daycare business. It has been a blessing for her to nurture and love God’s children in so many capacities. Michelle is excited to see what God has planned for the Children’s Ministries at Lockport Alliance Church.
